振動篩 Vibrating Screen

振動篩（環保振動篩選機）：
　　振動篩是由電動機經三角皮帶使振動器產生高速旋轉。旋轉的偏心軸、偏心塊產生離心力，激發篩箱產生一定振幅的圓運動，篩面上物料在傾斜的篩面上受到篩箱傳給的沖擊而產生連續的拋擲運動，物料與篩面相遇的過程中使小于篩孔的顆粒透過篩網，從而實現分級。
　　振動篩主要用于破碎后的石料進行粗、中、細粒度篩分分類處理。也可用于冶金、化工和煤炭等部門中的物料進行粗、中、細粒度篩分分類處理，具有篩分效率高、篩分效果好、操作調整簡單、維護保養方便等特點。
　　我公司對振動篩的技術參數進行全面優化，科學設計振幅、振動頻率和傾斜角度，提高篩分效果。
　　環保振動篩選機，是在振動篩基礎上加裝篩面密封罩，篩底部密封接料斗和振動篩底座，配置數控粉塵收除器進行粉塵收除利用、避免粉塵外泄污染環境，實現環保生產。已申報國家專利。

Vibrating  Screen ( Environment-friendly Vibrating  Screener ) :
　　The vibrating screen works in this way: The electromotor drives the vibrator to rotate at a high speed  through   triangle  belts . The centrifugal force produced by the spinning eccentric shaft and eccentric block   excites the screen box to generate a kind of circular motion with certain amplitude , and the  materials  are thrown   continuously on the inclined screening  surface under  the  action of  shock  transferred by the screen box. When the materials encounter the screen  surface ,particles  will pass through the screen meshes  if smaller than the  mesh , and therefore  gradation  is realized .
    The vibrating screen is mainly used for screening  and separating the crushed stones according to coarse, medium and fine  sizes .It can be also used for screening and separating materials in metallurgy, chemical industry and coal industry according to coarse, medium and fine sizes.     The vibrating screen has features such as high screening efficiency, good  screening  effect ,   ease to operate  and  adjust , and  convenient  maintenance . 
    Our company has optimized the technical parameters of  the vibrating screen in an all-round way. The  vibration amplitude , vibrating frequency and obliquity are designed scientifically to  improve the screening effect .
　　Environment-friendly  vibrating screener:  On the basis of a vibrating  screen , a sealing housing for the screen surface , an enclosed material receiving hopper under the screen bottom,  and  a vibrating screen base are installed additionally , and a numerical control dust collector installed  for eliminating and recycling dust , so that  dust emission to pollute the environment will be avoided and environment-friendly production  realized. National patent has been applied for the environment-friendly  vibrating screener.
