鋼屑處理機 Steel Scrap Treating Machine

鋼屑處理機：
　　該機是我公司針對機床車削下來松散纏繞于一堆的鋼屑，難以堆放、裝車、運輸、回爐冶煉，需要進行細化處理而自主研制的鋼屑處理機。已申報國家專利。
　　鋼屑處理機是通過電動機、三角皮帶、減速機減速后帶動裝有剪切齒的主動滾筒、經齒輪帶動裝有剪切齒的從動滾筒，使雙滾筒同時向外側旋轉，將松散纏繞于一堆的鋼屑投入進料斗，雙滾筒剪切齒將鋼屑拉至并通過進料斗內兩側固定剪切齒進行剪切。經拉剪切細化處理后的鋼屑，便于堆放、裝車、運輸、回爐冶煉，降低鋼屑回收利用成本。本機結構簡單結實，操作和檢查維護方便，鋼屑處理能力大、成本低，是鋼屑細化處理的設備。

Steel scrap treating machine :
    In view of  requirements for size reduction of  the loose steel scraps which are produced by lathe turning and twine  around each other ,  and difficult  for piling up, truck loading and transporting and recycling to the smelting furnace, our company has developed independently a steel scrap treating machine to treat the loose steel scraps .  National patent has been applied for the machine.
　　The  steel scrap treating machine works in this way : The drive roller with shearing teeth is driven to rotate  by the motor through  speed reduction of triangle belts and a decelerator, and  the driven roller with shearing teeth is driven  to rotate  by the drive roller through a gear, forming  outward rotation of both rollers . The loose steel scraps  twining  around each other will be fed into the feeding hopper , and then the shearing teeth of the two rollers will pull the steel scraps down through the feeding hopper ,where they are sheared by the shearing teeth on the two inner sides of the feeding hopper and on the surfaces of both rollers . After size reduction by pulling and shearing of the machine , the steel scraps are convenient for piling up ,truck loading , transporting and returning to the smelting furnace , leading to the reduction of recycling cost of steel scraps . The  machine is of simple and solid structure, convenient  to operate and check and maintain, of  high throughput of steel scraps and of low operating cost , an optimal equipment for size reduction of steel scraps.
